Project Description:
1. Who is the Audience:
- Primary: Sales Director, Reginal Managers
- Secondary: Marketing and Operation team

2. What is the audience looking for:

- Problem / Need:
The Sales Director wants to access the performance of products, stores and sales channels (online
vs. physical) over time.
Additionally, they want to understand which stores and regions are performing best.

- Deliverables:
Total sales by product, sales by state, and sales by store.
Month over month comparison.
Profit margin, averages sale per unit and the performance of individual channels.
Sales trends by store over multiple years, with ability to filter by year and month.

- Communication format:
Interactive Power BI dashboard providing insights into total sales by store, product, state, and
channel
High level dashboard with drill-down capabilities to view specific stores, products, and regions.
