Trend Analysis in PBI

Project Description:
1. Who is the Audience:
- Primary: Sales Director
- Secondary: Sales and Operation team

2. What is the audience looking for:

- Problem / Need:
The Sales Director wants to track the trends of completed,
pending and cancelled orders over the past three years
(2022-2024).
Additionally, there is a need to compare actual vs. previous
month's completed orders to identify performance
variation.
- Deliverables :
Visualization of the orders trend.
Month over month comparison.

3. How will I communicate to the Audience:

- Communication format:
Interactive Power BI dashboard, with trend analysis for order
statuses.
Separate dashboard focusing on actual vs. previous month
orders behavior.
